JOB TITLE: Lead Facilitator in an Infant Room

REPORTS TO: Building Principal

  

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

 

Properly trained paraprofessionals can play essential roles in improving student achievement in schools where they can reinforce and enhance a teacher's effort in the classroom. An Instructional Aide will provide individual students with support for the tasks assigned by the teacher. They will assist students in small groups learning situations as well as monitor the class while the teacher works with groups or individuals.
